The Anglican Communion, Nike Diocese has commended the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Enugu State gubernatorial aspirant, Engr. Beloved Dan Anike, to the hands of God .
This commendation came during the first session of the sixth Synod of the church of Nigeria,Anglican Communion which held at Emmanuel Anglican Church arch deaconry Iji-Nike.
While revealing the outstanding contributions of Engr. Beloved Dan Anike towards the development of the church, the presiding cleric, His lordship Rt Rev. Dr Christain Onyeka Onyia,Bishop of Nike Diocese explained that, “the church is grateful to the family of ugwuike family the maternal home of Engr Beloved Dan Anike for their provision of land upon which this church was built.

“We are also delighted that Engr. Beloved Dan Anike has consistently contributed towards the growth and development of this church even as we are aware of other numerous humanitrian services he continues to render to humanity.
“The journey of this church which started over 40 years ago cannot be complete without the mention of the modest efforts of Engr. Beloved Dan Anike and his family whom I describe as a wonderful host since this journey started’.
It would be recalled that between 2007-2009, Engr Beloved Dan Anike had as as the Chairman Umuchigbo Community, ensured the completion of Umuchigbo Civic Center which was the take off worship center of the St Mary’s station Umuchigbo and subsequently approved the allocation of eightt plots for the Catholic Church leading to the approval and elevation by His Grace Most Rev C.V.C ONAGA to a full parish
This is even as the guber aspirant also ensured the establishment of the Adoration Ministies in Umuchigbo, a permanent site where the fiery Catholic Priest, Rev. Father Ejike Mbaka, shepherd his flock. ,and recently dedicated the children church of christ Ascension Church iji nike in honour of his mother Deaconess Regina Anike
The highpoint of the celebration was the commendation of Engr Beloved Dan Anike to God by the host of Bishops who graced the synod
