APC Crisis Deepens As Christian Leaders In 19 Northern States Meet, Initiate fight for justice – Dogara

Christian Leaders In 19 Northern States have meet in Abuja to strategies on the next move ahead of 2023 general elections.

The Northern Christians who were largely in APC are struggling for justice following their exclusion by their party in favor of a Northern Muslim as running mate to their Presidential Candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the forthcoming 2022 general election.

In a Facebook post, for speaker, House of Reps, Rt. Hon. Yakubu Dogara said the meeting focus on a Pan-Nigerian platform to adopt ahead 2023.

It reads thus “#NigeriaDecides2023- The Fight for Justice Continues. Today, we held a Consultative Meeting with Christian Leaders From the 19 Northern States and the FCT on the Pan-Nigerian Platform to Adopt in 2023”.

Meanwhile, there’s no much details at the Press time, but Northern Christians are highly agitated, felt rejected and humiliated by the All Progressive Congress, APC, choice of a Northern Muslim thereby allianating them politically.
