In a devastating incident on Tuesday morning, October 3, a fatal accident occurred on Ago Palace Way in Lagos State, resulting in the loss of four lives, including that of a pregnant woman and her two children.

Eyewitnesses recounted the horrifying incident, which unfolded when a confrontation between a LATSMA (Lagos State Traffic Management Authority) official and a bus driver escalated. The dispute centered around the steering wheel, as both individuals grappled for control while the vehicle was in motion.

Tragically, this struggle for control led to a loss of stability, and the bus ultimately collided with a tricycle, instantly claiming the lives of the pregnant woman, her two children, and the keke rider. The impact was so severe that the keke rider’s lifeless body lay on the ground, unrecognizable due to the extent of the injuries sustained.
