A London based Legal luminary, Charles Azotam has explained why Simon Ekpa was petitioned for being behind persistent enforcement of Sit-at-home, terror and lawlessness in Southeast, Nigeria.
Charles said he won’t be surprise to see Ekpa arraigned before a court of competent jurisdiction in Finland.
In his words “Every European country is signed up to the anti-terrorism law. That law makes it an offence to incite, instigate, glorify, and support terrorism”.
“Everything Simon Ekpa does come within these provisions. So I won’t be surprised to find him correctly arraigned for contravention of this law”.
“He has escaped indictment till now because no person/s with locus standi ( sufficient interest) has come forward to complain”.
“He certainly deserves to face the consequences of his murderous criminal activities in the South East”.
