Amokwe sons and daughters forum under the leadership of Comrade ANEKEOKU Franklin, the President General has announced that the second edition of their annual Road Walk Cannival will take place on 31st December, 2021 by 7 O’clock in the morning.
Comrade ANEKEOKU Franklin in an exclusive interview with News Center NG said that the participants in the road walk will Take off at Afor Inyi, Amokwe.
Comrade ANEKEOKU added that the program aim to bring all Amokwe sons and daughters, old and young together.
He added that this year’s program will also serve as a solidarity support for the Matron and Patron of their organization in the persons of. Her Excellency, Hon. Mrs Cecilia Ezeilo, the Deputy Governor of Enugu State. And Hon. Chukwuemelie Agu, The Managing Director, Enugu State Housing Development Corporation.
In his words “the forum is using this medium to invite all indigens of Amokwe, home and abroad, to return and come together, as we celebrate and promote our town towards youth Development and brotherly love among one another”.
“They will be a refreshment and voter’s card Sensitization for the good people of Amokwe who came back for Christmas” he concluded.
