Minority Leader of House of Representative, Hon. Ndudi Godwin Elumelu is set distribute food items worth over N45 million to members of his Constituency , Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency in Delta State.
In a statement from the office of the Minority Leader signed by Sir. Anthony Ayaegbulem, the food items will be distributed in the four Local Government areas which include Aniocha North, Aniocha South, Oshimili North and Oshimili South.

According to the statement, 600 bags of rice, 750 bags of beans, 500 bags of Garri (yellow and white), 600 bags of onions, 500 cartons of tin tomatoes, and 500 cartons of groundnut oil are the food items to be shared among the lawmaker’s constituents.
He noted that the food items distribution will start on April 7th, 2020.
To coordinate the distribution of the relief items across his constituency, Elumelu constituted a committee of responsible and apolitical persons, who will commence distribution of the items on Tuesday, 7th of April, 2020.

Hon. Elumelu called on his constituents to continue to adhere to the directives of the Federal Government and Delta State Government’s on the lock-down occasioned by Covid-19 since it is geared towards curbing the spread of the deadly virus in the state and the country in general.
He appreciated the love of God on the people and prayed that none of the people of Aniocha/Oshimili Federal constituency will be found to be missing as a result of the deadly virus after the pandemic has been defeated.
