Justus Ugwu in his speech says that the enlightenment is a commendable effort. Some of them still have not believed it is real, they see it as avenue for government to siphon money. I was speaking to one yesterday, and his response baffled me. It’s a herculean task coordinating market women and men in the village, but God’s wisdom will guide you people. I am sure that other communities in and around Enugu will borrow a leave from this gesture, he added.
